Okay, that's enough Michael Jackson references for one day. XD

But yes, how does the day go? Well, it goes rather Octavarium-ish seeing as how I'm on another one of those "Wow! I wanna see ridiculous playing beyond any level I could ever do! I'll watch some Dream Theater!" cycles. XD But yes, to say that my time has been fervently spent crying over shredding that makes dropping an orange into a field of fans whose blades have been replaced with, well, sharper blades is just downright wrong. No, honest. I haven't spent the week staring at John Petrucci wondering when the next sweep picking spree is coming. As a matter of fact, I had my first drum lesson on Monday. Before that, though, I got some keyboard recorded for one of Jim's songs that I'm working on. Sounds nice, too. Okay, now for my drum lessons. So I get there and go through the lesson and afterwards my teacher says that I had gone through a months worth of lesson material in one day! Yes! Progress! So she said that she may speed up to advanced material and even get around to double bass with me! YES!

Tuesday, I finished up with the choir for the Jim song and also messed around a bit with files for my own shit and it turns out that writing it in Guitar Pro with repeat signs and shit that I don't expect ACID to understand doens't matter. It auto formats it! Which is good for me, but it's just tedious. Went to the chiropractor again and, I must say, what she does to your back is now more looked for to than a massage. I leave feeling like I took a happy pill! I must go back more often!

Wednesday was a little different, however. Instead of getting down to recording my own shit I instead got my setup ready for recording, which means getting my pedal settings right with my half stack and trying not to blow my eardrums out while doing so. XD Other than that, my setup is looking evil, which is good in case you don't know. XD

This time, I'm going to HOPEFULLY start recording my own material and get to work doing more drums for the other songs.
